PROCESSING

Samples of each Rooibos batch is sent for residue and further analysis.

After approval the stock is released for further processing where it is sieved and separated according to length to cater for different applications, ranging from loose leaf (long sizes of Rooibos) to double chamber teabag packaging (very short pieces of Rooibos).

Finally, all Rooibos is steam sterilized and certified in compliance with export regulation.
